Explore literature for children and teens with Wilson’s ‘core collections’

Written by Jon Ritterbush, Electronic Resources Librarian

Looking for recommended books for children and teens to read?  The library has added five Wilson “core collection” databases, which highlight outstanding titles for these age groups:

These five databases are available from the library’s Articles & E-Resources pages, alphabetically by title, and under the subject of “Library Science.”   These new databases, in addition to the Children’s Literature Comprehensive Database and the Juvenile Literature Awards guide, provide librarians, educators, and parents with helpful recommendations for summer and classroom reading lists for all young people.

For research assistance, please stop by the library’s Reference Desk or take advantage of the library’s 24/7 Ask Us reference service.
