Explore Hispanic Heritage Month at the library

National Hispanic Heritage Month is observed from September 15 through October 15.  This month marks a journey for many Hispanic and Latino Americans with family origins in the Hispanic countries of Latin America or from Europe’s Spain and the Iberian Peninsula.  In the U.S. this includes a rich, mixed, and diverse cultural foundation of accomplishment and contribution in many areas.

The library’s collections include many information resources to help explore such areas, including reference materials to use for researching the heritage of this people and its significance in today’s world. Explore some of the items you can find in the library’s print and online collections:
